Jones to director of the Real Estate Group, which he has been an integral part of since joining the firm in 2000.“During his eight years here, Brian continues to provide exceptional client service in this fast-growing and important area of our practice,” said Ron DeGrandis, Location Leader, Ohio and Real Estate group lead. “In his new role as director, Brian will continue to deliver exceptional accounting and audit services to mid-size clients, remain active in recruiting and provide leadership and training in the firm’s proprietary audit performance system.”
Brian has over eight years of public accounting experience providing a full range of accounting, and tax services to a wide range of real estate investors, developers, and property managers in commercial real estate shopping centers and investment partnerships. He has expertise in HUD multifamily housing and affordable housing, and remains current on the complex issues surrounding the special regulatory and compliance issues that relate to his clients’ concerns. Brian also counsels clients in the non-profit sector as it relates to their property and real estate holdings.
