AMERGE will become one of 13 VERCOR offices worldwide.Ron Lasko and Ted Gardiner will lead the Cleveland office as Managing Directors. Lasko has been involved in all aspects of the mergers and acquisitions business, as managing partner of a successful law practice, Lasko & Associates Co., L.P.A., and in consulting for a variety of completed M&A transactions. Gardiner boasts over 25 years of mergers and acquisitions experience. He serves on the board of several companies involved in manufacturing, distribution, trucking and construction.

He later joined the legal division of The Lubrizol Corporation, a Fortune 500 specialty chemical company, where he developed the company's acquisition program and directed its efforts in several US and cross border acquisitions and joint ventures.
