Off-year elections around here are developing a reputation for focusing much attention on what are purely administrative positions that rarely attract any public interest. The jobs in question involve running a court clerk’s office, of which there are four, three at the municipal court level (Stow, Akron and Barberton) and one for Summit County courts.
