Q: I was wondering if there is any relationship between Diane Keaton and Buster Keaton, because she looks just like him.
A: I could find no relation. Diane, by the way, was born Diane Hall. According to Current Biography, she took Keaton — her mother's maiden name — to avoid confusion with another actress named Diane Hall.
