Fox Retools. The network has changed its previously announced lineup of premiere dates, including by moving Glee's premiere to Sept. 9, a week earlier than planned.
So those of us who loved the pilot of the musical show, set in Lima, will not have to wait as long to see more. It will be paired with the season premiere of So You Think You Can Dance.
You can find the complete premiere schedule at the HeldenFiles Online, http://heldenfels.ohio.com.
Also trying to appease people screaming for Glee, Fox has posted a new musical number from the show on Hulu.com. It's a rendition of Bust Your Windows, the Jazmine Sullivan song. I would much rather see it in the context of the episode from which it is taken, but at least it's a taste.

Big Bus. The 38-foot-long motorcoach and rolling studio for WKSU's Folk Alley operation will hit the road Thursday for George Wein's Folk Festival 50 in Newport, R.I., the 50th anniversary of the venerable fest.
WKSU is one of five stations teamed with National Public Radio for webcasts and broadcasts from the festival, which will take place Saturday and Sunday and feature 90-year-old Pete Seeger, Joan Baez, Judy Collins, Arlo Guthrie, Neko Case, the Decemberists, Fleet Foxes, Billy Bragg and many other acts spread through three stages.

The Envelope, Please. As I mentioned in the HeldenFiles Online on Monday, WEWS (Channel 5) anchors Pete Kenworthy and Kimberly Gill are contending for a chance to be guest co-hosts on Live With Regis and Kelly, the syndicated daytime show hosted by Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa. Which, conveniently, airs on Channel 5 weekdays. The winners will be announced today; the show airs at 9 a.m.

Baby Talk. Ugly Betty's Ashley Jensen and actor hubby Terence Beesley are expecting their first child, according to People.com.
Betty fans may be wondering if Jensen's feeling ''been there, done that.'' As the Web site notes, ''Her character on the hit show went through pregnancy and birth this past season.''
In fact, she's had a lot of pregnancy in her work of late. ''She's currently working on the new Jenna Elfman sitcom, Accidentally on Purpose, about a woman dating a younger man who finds out unexpectedly that, you guessed it: She's pregnant,'' says People.com. Although in that case, Elfman plays the one expecting.

What Might Have Been. T.R. Knight's George character on Grey's Anatomy is now officially dead, but series creator Shonda Rhimes would have liked him to come back for one more bow.
''I wanted to see his last day [alive] really badly,'' she said in an interview posted on EW.com. ''What I thought was interesting was the idea of, we now know it's the last day of someone's life, [so we're] looking at it differently than [we] would any other time.''
But Knight decided not to return. And Rhimes is satisfied with the ending viewers got. ''We really got to see him grow up,'' she said. ''It really does feel like we watched a full evolution of a character, and I feel good about that.''

In Case You Missed It . . . Nadya ''Octo Mom'' Suleman signed with a production company for a show about her life. (No network set yet.) But, says Usmagazine.com: ''An Orange County judge appointed an independent guardian to oversee finances for her [14] children.'' That came after Paul Peterson, the former child actor now active in children's rights, and lawyer Gloria Allred asked the court to appoint a guardian.
