Q: Please report on the status of Lauren Holly, who plays the director on NCIS. Is she leaving the show for other projects?
A: CBS confirms that a member of the NCIS team will be leaving the show by the end of this season. But, while Holly's character appeared to have a major health issue at the end of a recent telecast, the network will not say which character is leaving.
