Something new is coming to Ohio's Hocking Hills: a zipline canopy tour.
The operation is being hailed as the first of its kind in Ohio and in the Midwest.
Hocking Hills Canopy Tours at Rockbridge will begin April 4.
Guides will provide instruction and then lead participants along 10 ziplines, across four sky bridges and then rappel back to ground level at the finish line.
Adventurers will be from 10 to 60 feet off the ground on a course that is 1 kilometer (0.6 mile) long.
You will be in a full-body harness with a helmet on the two-hour tour.
The minimum weight is 70 pounds; the maximum is 250 pounds.
The price is $75 a person. Group and special discounts are available.
Reservations are required.
