Q: Do you know anyone who sharpens knives?
A: Although I've answered this question before, I'm repeating the information because I get calls about it now and then. And I understand why. You'd think the Yellow Pages would list knife sharpeners under a heading like, oh, ''Knife Sharpeners,'' but you'd be wrong. Look under ''Sharpening Service.'' You need to call the companies listed there, however, because some do industrial grinding.
