The Akron Symphony Guild will host the Boat Tour of Homes along the Portage Lakes, with departures at 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. from the Olde Harbor Inn, 562 Portage Lakes Drive, Coventry Township. Guests visit five homes via pontoon boats. Tickets start at $40, advance sale only. 330-836-5725.

The Geauga Lyric Theater Guild Cultural Arts Center will benefit from the Bread, Wine and Art fundraiser to be held from 5 to 8 p.m. at Gallery West, 109 Main St., Chardon Square. More than 250 wines from Ohio wineries and beer from Great Lakes Brewing. $20 advance; $25 at the door.
