CANAL FULTON: Dentist Leonard D. Modugno will host a Halloween Candy Buy Back to gather sweets to donate to members of the U.S. military from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 1 at 987 E. Cherry St.
Modugno will pay $1 per pound of donated candy, then send it to troops.
Those donating will receive a free toothbrush, tour the office and meet the staff.
