Akron's First Cupcake Camp Calling for Bakers

AKRON IS HOSTING IT'S FIRST CUPCAKE

CAMP, AND IS CALLING FOR BAKERS TO ENTER ITS COMPETITION. Cupcake Camp is a free event where anyone and everyone can bring and eat cupcakes for free, and events have been held all over the world. Akron’s inaugural Cupcake Camp will be held May 4, 2013, and the organizers need bakers to enter their cupcake competition.

“I’ve been to, and competed in, Cupcake Camps in other states,” said Marty LaConte, event organizer for Cupcake Camp Akron. “It’s amazing to see the inventive, delicious creations and old favorites side-by-side. The best part of Cupcake Camp,” she adds, “is that anyone who loves cupcakes can participate.”

AKRON, OH – AKRON IS JOINING A WORLDWIDE PHENOMENON ON MAY 4, CALLED CUPCAKE CAMP, AND IS CALLING FOR BAKERS TO ENTER ITS COMPETITION. Cupcake Camp is a free event where anyone and everyone can bring and eat cupcakes for free, and events have been held all over the world. Akron’s inaugural Cupcake Camp will be held May 4, 2013, and the organizers need bakers to enter their cupcake competition.

Cupcake Camp Akron will be held May 4, 2013 from 1:00-3:00pm in the Parish Life Center of Queen of Heaven Catholic Church in Uniontown. Participants may bake for competition, bake just for fun, or just eat cupcakes on the day-of, and all three options are free.
