Viva La Panza 75th Anniversary — 6 p.m. at Todaro’s Party Center, 1820 Akron-Peninsula Road, Cuyahoga Falls. Viva La Panza is a fundraising and networking event of the Italian community in Summit County. The goal is to raise $75,000 for scholarships for Akron-area students of Italian heritage. Spin for Life Spinathon Fundraiser and Cocktail Party — 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. spinning and 4 p.m. cocktail party at the Hilton Akron/Fairlawn, 3180 W. Market St., Akron. 50 spin bikes, smoothie station by Mustard Seed Market. Jackie Banyan of Jackie’s Gym will lead 6 one-hour sessions as each participant spins to raise money for the Comunale Family Cancer Foundation to help cancer patients and their families.
