UPublish story by Christine Wainwright

The Firestone High School Music Association (FHSIMA) is hosting “A Night of Jazz” February 8 beginning at 7 p.m. at the historic Greystone Hall in downtown Akron. This event is a night filled with live jazz music, dancing, dinner, and a silent auction. Musicians include Firestone’s award winning jazz ensembles and professional alumni musicians. This event is a fundraiser for FHSIMA to benefit all students of Firestone’s instrumental music program and to help keep music and the arts alive and thriving. The public is invited to this celebration of music. For more information, please visit www.anightofjazz.net or www.fhsima.org.
