Erik Estrada, known for his co-starring lead role in the late 1970s and early 1980s in the television police series CHiPs will present his new film Finding Faith at 5 p.m. Feb. 3 at Canton Baptist Temple, 515 Whipple Ave. NW, Perry Township.
The free screening of the faith-based movie is part of a national awareness tour that Estrada, a deputy in Virginia's Bedford County Sheriff's Department, is doing to bring awareness to dangers of the Internet.
Finding Faith is based on an investigation by Bedford County Sheriff Mike Brown through his Internet Crimes Against Children task force.
Estrada portrays Brown as he tries to locate a 14-year-old girl named Faith who has been taken by a predator who stalked her online. The Canton Baptist Temple congregation is inviting parents and their children to attend the family-friendly movie.
