Soot, ozone levels still high

Northeast Ohio remains under a bad-air advisory.

Microscopic soot and ozone levels are expected to be high through Friday in Summit, Portage, Medina, Cuyahoga, Lake, Lorain, Geauga and Ashtabula counties.

The elderly, children, asthmatics and those with heart-lung problems may want to stay indoors and refrain from heavy outdoor exercise.

The foul air could continue through the weekend.
