Defendant is accused of killing her husband

A new trial date will be scheduled for a Ravenna woman charged with murder and aggravated vehicular homicide in the death of her ex-husband earlier this year.
Caprice S. Burrell, 36, was scheduled to go to trial Tuesday in Portage County Common Pleas Court.
But in a hearing Friday before Judge Laurie J. Pittman, Burrell's attorney asked for more time to secure an accident reconstruction specialist for the case. The judge granted the request but has not yet rescheduled the trial, Prosecutor Victor V. Vigluicci said.
Daron J. Worley, 35, was struck by a minivin while walking on the berm of state Route 59 in Ravenna, about a half mile east of Walmart, about 6:10 p.m. on Feb. 28, according to the State Highway Patrol.
Patrol Lt. Mike Marucci of the Ravenna post said witnesses saw Worley and Burrell apparently arguing in a store parking lot and on an access road at the Midway Drive-In before the accident.
The couple's two daughters ages 12 and 18 were in the minivan at the time, Worley's family said.
Marucci said weather conditions and alcohol are not suspected as factors in the accident.
Burrell is being held in the Portage County Jail in lieu of a $30,000 cash bond, Vigluicci said. She is being represented by the county public defender.
Common Pleas Court records show Burrell has been cited seven other times for traffic violations since 1992. In her last traffic case, she pleaded guilty in January 2008 to driving without a license. Additional charges were dismissed in the plea bargain.

OK, so how many minutes will it take for the Warnerbots to somehow blame this on Mayor Don?
