Finance seminar set for pastors

Foundation's director to discuss money matters for ministries on Sept. 22

Jim Rickard, director of the Stewardship Services Foundation, will discuss money matters for pastors and their families from 2 to 4 p.m. Sept. 22 at The Chapel, 135 Fir Hill, Akron.

Rickard's presentation will include information about tax reform acts and finance issues directly related to those in ministry. The Stewardship Services Foundation, which was established in 1977, provides conferences and seminars to help Christians with the biblical principles of leadership and financial stewardship.

Pastors and spouses are encouraged to attend the local seminar, which is free. For information, call Hal Webb at 330-315-5479 or visit http://www.ssfoundation.net.
