The U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force has arrested a suspect in the January armed robbery of a Romig Road fast-food restaurant.

David R. Hyatt, Jr., 28, was arrested Tuesday in the 700 block of Moraine Avenue. He is being held in the Summit County Jail.

Hyatt had been named in the U.S. Marshals “Dangerous Dozen” fugitive list.

He was wanted for the Jan. 28 robbery inside the Long John Silver’s, 2520 Romig Road. Police say Hyatt and another man armed with a handgun fired several shots inside the restaurant and demanded money.

They fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.
