Tallmadge detectives with the assistance of the Akron Bureau of the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force, arrested Daniel T. Tighe, 39 of Akron Thursday. Tighe is charged with Aggravated Murder in the death of his five year old son Peyton Ralston, Murder in the death of his ex-girlfriend Wendy Ralston and felony Domestic Violence. Additional charges are expected thru the Summit County Grand Jury.
