Authorities searching for a fugitive Wednesday night say they discovered a methamphetamine lab inside an Akron home where one suspect is pregnant.
Arrested inside the Carey Avenue home on meth-related charges were Jeffrey Jones, 41, and Jacqueline Hahn, 24. Police said Hahn is nine months pregnant. She and Jones were being held in the Summit County Jail.
The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force discovered the lab while visiting the Kenmore area home, according to police.
A search of the residence by the Akron police Clandestine Lab Enforcement Team resulted in officers seizing chemicals and other items used to make the drug. Authorities say they also recovered marijuana and two shotguns.
