The Akron Police Department and the U.S. Marshals Office Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force said Thursday they are seeking help from the public in obtaining information that could lead to the arrest of a wanted fugitive.

David R. Hyatt, 27, with no permanent address, is wanted for the aggravated robbery that occurred at the Long John Silver’s Restaurant, located at 2520 Romig Road, around 5:30 in the evening on January 28, 2013.
Hyatt and another male entered the restaurant armed with handguns, fired shots and demanded money. Hyatt and the other male fled on foot with an unreported amount of cash.
David R. Hyatt is a light complexioned, black male, 5-foot-8, 130 pounds. Hyatt has a cross tattoo under his left eye. He should be considered armed and extremely dangerous.
