A Brimfield Township man is charged with multiple sex offenses involving an 11-year-old girl.
Eric Hicks, 25, was arrested Tuesday on two counts each of rape and gross sexual imposition. He was being held in the Portage County Justice Center pending an initial court hearing.
According to Brimfield police Chief David Oliver, detectives were contacted about potential sexual abuse taking place at Hicks’ home.
Oliver said Hicks has made admissions about the sexual assault allegations against the girl.
