Burglary reports from Akron police - March 6

Here are the burglary reports released March 6 by the Akron Police Department.

Anyone with information on the cases is asked to call Akron police detectives at 330-375-2490. Anonymous tips can be made at http://ci.akron.oh.us/ASP/tip.html.

• 1100 block Dundee Avenue, April 4, entered by unknown means. Taken: a TV.

• Chapel of Prayer Baptist Church, 1302 Alphada Ave., April 4, entered by unknown means. Taken: $116, a computer, a Chase bank bag and financial statements. Suspect arrested.

• 2700 block Short Street, April 3 to 4, broke side door window to gain entry. Taken: two rifles, a shotgun, a digital camera, a TV, a laptop, an iphone and a container of rum.

• 600 block Harrison Avenue, March 2, kicked in side door to gain entry. Taken: a diamond necklace, a flashlight and a cordless drill.

• 1000 block Amelia Avenue, March 29 to April 4, entered by unknown means. Taken: two TVs.

• 400 block Kenmore Boulevard, March 30 to April 2, forced open ground level panel to get through bay door. Taken: five sets of tow motor keys.

• 700 block Excelsior Avenue, March 31, entered through door of vacant house. Taken: copper pipes.
