Burglary reports from Akron police - May 7

Here are the burglary reports released May 7 by the Akron Police Department.

•400 block Mcpherson Avenue, April 29, entered through bedroom window, ransacked room and took property. Taken: passport, safe.

•600 block Megglen Avenue, April 30 to May 2, entered home through unlocked door of attached garage, ransacked house. Taken: pending.

•1800 block Amber Hills Drive, May 2 to 3, entered by unknown means and took property. Taken: Xbox 360, two Toshiba Satellites, three watches, three gold rings.

•800 block Leonard Street, April 6 to May 1, kicked in door of vacant home to gain entry. Taken: copper pipe.

•500 block Hammel Street, May 1 to 2, forced rear door to gain entry. Taken: pending.

•700 block Morgan Avenue, May 2, entered through unlocked rear window and took property. Taken: TV, Xbox One, iPad, jewelry box, jewelry.

•600 block Upson Street, May 4, arrested entered by unknown means. Taken: pending. Suspects arrested.

•1100 block Smithfarm Avenue, May 3 to 4, entered by unknown means. Taken: three TVs, Blue Ray player, Xbox 360 w/Kinect, video games, jewelry.

•1200 block Niagara Avenue, May 5, forced entry through living room window. Taken: a purse, wallet, driver’s license, PNC debit card, Key Bank debit card, Disney Infinity TV game.
