A Cuyahoga Falls man was arrested Friday morning on obscenity charges after authorities say he received and viewed child pornography off the Internet.
Jason Alan Clark, 29, is charged with pandering obscenities involving minors and pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor. He was also charged with possession of criminal tools and possession of drugs.
Cuyahoga Falls police said they and U.S. Secret Service agents obtained a search warrant for Clark’s home on Filmore Avenue. The search was conducted after the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force determined child pornography was being downloaded at the residence.
Clark was being held in the Summit County Jail pending an appearance in Stow Municipal Court.
