A Kent State student is accused of sexually assaulting two 14-year-old girls during a slumber party last month.
Benjamin R. Schwartz, 19, of Franklin Township, is being held in the Portage County Jail on rape and importuning charges. He is scheduled to appear in court Monday.
Sheriff’s deputies arrested Schwartz on Friday based on accusations that he sexually assaulted the girls during a children’s slumber party in Franklin Township on Feb. 16.
Deputies say Schwartz was a chaperone at a sleep over.
