Akron police are hoping a thief will do a good deed and return a computer stolen from Garfield high school this week.

Police say someone broke into the school on North Firestone Boulevard on Tuesday and stole four Apple iMac computers.

School officials told investigators that one of the computers “contained a video that was to be played at the 2014 graduation ceremony in June.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact detective Steve Snyder at 330 375-2464 or officer Pat Williamson at 330 375-2900.
