Two Akron men were arrested Wednesday on robbery charges alleging they slugged a pizza delivery driver and stole his food in an incident late last year.

James Earl Price, 19, and Anthony D. Johnson, 20, both of Akron, were being held in the Summit County Jail.

They are accusing of robbing a Papa John’s Pizza delivery driver Dec. 22 outside a home in the 600 block of East Archwood Avenue.

Price and Johnson are scheduled for an arraignment hearing Thursday in Akron Municipal Court.
