Woman guilty of not disclosing she has HIV to sexual partners

A Summit County Common Pleas Court jury on Friday found a 48-year-old Lima woman guilty of having sex with men without telling them she is HIV positive.

Kelly Bean was convicted of two counts of felonious assault.

Visiting Judge Robert Brown will sentence Bean on March 11.
