OREGON, OHIO: A report says a 20-year-old woman was driving 60 mph in a 35-mph zone when she crashed through a guardrail and landed upside down in a northwest Ohio creek.

The report by police and the Ohio State Highway Patrol also indicated that Bianca Bepler was wearing her seatbelt and wasn’t on her cellphone when she crashed into Otter Creek and died on Sunday in Oregon near Toledo.

WTOL-TV reports that authorities are still trying to figure out what went wrong before she crashed.

The 25-page report said Bepler, a college student from Canal Winchester near Columbus, was likely in the submerged car for several hours before it was found because ice had already formed around it.
