The Cleveland Browns will have five nationally televised regular-season games during the 2008 season, the team said today.
Included will be three Monday night games on ESPN, one on Sunday night (NBC) and one Thursday night (NFL Network).
The Browns open the regular season at home against the Dallas Cowboys at 4:15 p.m. Sept. 7.
They will host the defending Super Bowl champion New York Giants on Monday Night Football on Oct. 13.
Other prime-time games are: Sept. 14, Pittsburgh Steelers (NBC); Nov. 6, Denver Broncos (NFL Network); Nov. 17, at Buffalo Bills (ESPN); and Dec. 15, at Philadelphia Eagles (ESPN).
