The funeral for Twinsburg police officer Joshua Miktarian will be Friday at Mount Zion Church in Oakwood.
The community is encouraged to line the procession route. The funeral will be open to family members and law enforcement officers only.
The procession will leave the Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave., Tallmadge, at 8:45 a.m. and travel northbound on state Route 91 to northbound Ravenna Road in Twinsburg. It will continue on Broadway Road to the church at One Mount Zion Circle in Oakwood.
Twinsburg police estimate the procession from Tallmadge to Oakwood will take about 45 minutes. The service is expected to last about one hour.
After the service, mourners will proceed to Crown Hill Cemetery, 8592 Darrow Road. The route will be Broadway Road to Ravenna Road, then to southbound Route 91.
