Bill O'Neill, a Democratic candidate for the 14th Congressional District, will hold a news conference at 2 p.m. today in front of the wind turbine at the Great Lakes Science Center in downtown Cleveland.
O'Neill plans to discuss recent comments made by U.S. Rep. Steven LaTourette, his Republican opponent, on energy and challenge him to a debate on this issue.
