CLEVELAND: The coroner's office says a 12-year-old boy who died after collapsing while playing soccer had an artery problem that affected his heart.
Stephen Jiang of Solon died after playing at a sports complex in the Cleveland suburb of Glenwillow. Cuyahoga County coroner's spokesman Powell Caesar said Thursday the manner of death was ruled natural.
Officials said Jiang was pronounced dead at a little before 9 p.m. Tuesday after being taken by helicopter to Cleveland's MetroHealth Medical Center.
