The railroad crossing at Summit Street north of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday to replace a broken rail.
Traffic will be detoured via Furnace and Howard streets and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.
