Singer Carole King will campaign for Sen. Barack Obama at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Lake Anna Hall, 542 W. Park Ave. in Barberton.
This will be part of a three-day tour of Ohio by King to discuss Obama's economic plans. The event is free and open to the public.
At King's first stop in Springfield, she led the crowd in singing her well-known song, You've Got a Friend.
King is an internationally known singer and songwriter who has sold more than 25 million albums worldwide. In 1971, she won a record four Grammys for her album Tapestry.
