I cannot thank the law enforcement enough for their dedication in finding the second "animal" who killed my nephew, Joshua. It is such a great feeling to know that they worked very hard in finding him and they really cared.

Now, both of these "animals" will burn in hell!

It is very unfortunate what happened to your nephew,He didn't deserve to have his life taken,However I'm really glad that you are not the judge or the jury, because you have both of them guilty already..How do you even know that both of them were there? Or that both of them did it? You don't!Let the courts decide if This last ''suspect'' is guilty or not..Notice the article said ''suspect''

To Unknown - I cannot discuss this case but I will tell you that these two "animals" did commit this crime. That is all I can say.

Well obviously I had a reason to say what I said..So you are saying that both of them killed him?Obviously one did and the other one didn't..Could it be that one of them was at the wrong place at the wrong time..Again it is very unfortunate what happened to Josh,I am very sorry that happened to him,He didn't deserve that..However, one of the ''animals'' as u call him, actually didn't take your nephew life or rob him..He deserves a fair chance and if he is guilty ,then by all means,he should be punished. But I don't believe he is guilty of this murder..I'm truly sorry about your lost..

To Unknown - The fact that you are trying to defend these two animals, and that's exactly what they are, is astonishing. Whether one pulled the trigger or not, they both were there and caused Josh's death. I'm glad you're not on the jury. Surely, you would slap them on the wrist, put your arm around them and tell them that they didn't do anything wrong, that they were merely in the wrong place at the wrong time with friends who carry guns. Are you that naive or just ignorant?

I agree with gigi and Mary anne they were animals and killed a good boy over nothing. They deserve a real punishment and maybe this kind of crap would quit happening. No doubt if it was "unknowns" family they would feel differently.

Thank you Gigi and Jaime for your comments. Unknown doesn't realize that both had the same thing in mind and both were involved with killing my nephew, even though only one pulled the trigger. Are you, Unknown, perhaps a relative of one of these animals? I cannot discuss anything about the case. But it is known that both of them committed this crime. And if you think that they are so innocent, tell my brother, Michael, that. Tell him after he went to the site and saw a body bag laying on the parking lot. He was not allowed to see the body because it was a crime scene. But they gave him Josh's drivers license and ID's and my brother broke down that they had to have several police help him up. You tell my brother what you think. No parent should ever have to bury their child. No one has a right to take a life. And when they set the bail for both at $1M, there is a lot more that you are not aware of. Especially when the second animal was found by the US Marshall's Task Force of the Violent Crimes Unit from Northern Ohio

Thanks again to you both, Gigi and Jaime. I miss Josh so much and I hurt for Mike more than I have ever hurt in my life.

These are the unfortunate events that occur when dealing drugs.

Well it is John again. Seems you and Julie continuously try to demean Joshua. In fact, when Julie's husband felt it was his right to look up to see if he had a criminal record and reported it in the comment sectio, that he had, my family had to correct her nozy husband that the Joshua they were talking about birthday was in January, and my nephew's birthday is not in January. Many people wrote in their comments not only on how wrong you both were but what kind of people you both are - thoughtless, hateful, and definately no compassion to my brother and his wife and especially their children. Especially his one child Michelle. It was apparent both of you got pleasure to see her hurt and writing her comments to ask you to stop and leave Joshua alone - especially since he was dead. You really hurt that girl, my niece. And a lot of people let you know about it. Both you and Julie express yourselves as perfect and have the right to judge everyone. You go ahead and do what you feel you must and I will pray for you. You both really need it. Keep your negative thoughts to yourselves and do not hurt my family. That is one thing I will not take. and John, my nephew was not a drug dealer. Make no mistake. Making false accusations and slandering his name will only bring a law suit. Since everyone asked for your last name, as well as Julie, you would not give it. But my brother will know who you are. Joshua's Aunt Mary Anne

I am so glad to see that they caught the other person. Josh's family is in my thoughts and prayers every day. My church also added his family & friends to our prayer list.

Casey, thank you for your thoughts, caring, and compassion for my brother Mike and his family. It is really very special that you have added their names to your prayer list in Church. Prayers is what they need so much. Michael, Denise, and their children are blessed to have a friend in you. Thanks again. Joshua's Aunt Mary Anne
