A delivery driver for New Ming Restaurant told Akron police that a teen-aged girl stole food he was delivering Sunday afternoon.
The driver reported that he was making a delivery in the 600 block of Bellevue Avenue around 3 p.m. when the suspect shoved him, took the food and fled on foot.
The driver described the suspect as a black female, 15 or 16 years old, 5 foot 9 inches tall and weighing about 120 to 125 pounds. She was wearing a purple shirt and purple pajama bottoms that had red and white stripes.
