A train has derailed near the Crain Avenue bridge in Kent, a police dispatcher said this afternoon.
Approximately seven train cars are derailed.
There are no reports of injuries. Vehicle traffic is currently being routed around the crash site.
The CSX train was carrying coal, and there are no known hazardous material concerns, authorities said.
The Crain Avenue bridge has been closed. Police are asking motorists and pedestrians to avoid the area.

It would be nice if the reporter had the direction correct. The CSX trains run eastbound and westbound thru the City of Kent.
