It's not illegal to let someone into your vehicle. Unless the police have evidence that you're actually paying for sex or attempting to pay for sex, it's very hard to make charges stick.

Right, so some child who contracted HIV from their parents should be forced to register and become an outcast for something that is no fault of their own.

A person who tests positive but is seeking treatment and doing the best to handle their illness should be put out there in public where their health status can be searched as a public record.


In My Opinion, before you put finger to key, you ought to think about more than the immediate story at hand when you make such overarching statements. The story accounts for one woman who is HIV positive and is acting irresponsibly. However, she is not the only person in region who is positive for the disease. She does not represent the mentality of all people afflicted with HIV...

It's amazing how many people blame HIV positive people. Unless you are raped I feel it is and should be a 50/50 responsibility. It's evident by the number of single people having kids that the population still is not practicing safe/safer sex. If you chose to have unprotected sex with someone you have chosen to put your life at risk. the majority of the people who have HIV don't even know they have it just like a million other sexually transmitted diseases. I hate seeing people let drugs and or alcohol get a hook in them. They have to want to stop,comprehend that whatever it is they are trying to deal with is better dealt with a clear head,realize they will live better and there are so many more true thrills and rewards to be had being sober...sometimes just they just need someone to show them the way.
