COLUMBUS: The Ohio Supreme Court has set execution dates for two killers on death row, bringing to seven the number of executions scheduled this year.
The court today set a Nov. 10 date for Darryl Durr of Elyria in Lorain County, who raped and strangled a 16-year-old girl in 1988.
The court set a Dec. 8 date for Kenneth Biros, who killed a 22-year-old woman near Warren in northeast Ohio in 1991 after he offered to drive her home from a bar.
Biros has argued recently that he can't be executed while he remains a party in a federal lawsuit challenging Ohio's lethal injection system.
Among the state's seven scheduled executions is that of Daniel Wilson, who was put to death today in the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility.

I agree that the system must be very certain of the guilt of these persons before executing sentence..after all there are no do-overs.. 20 lusyears for certainty seems a bit much.
I don'tr believe in the death penalty but I guess I could make some exceptions for some crimes involving children, I remember when I was 16yrs old but at 22 I drove home drunk!
Kenny boy--how much is this going to hurt? Not even half as much as the pain your victim and her family and friends went though.Grow up and take like a man. 1. turn your head away.2. close your eyes and 3. poof--you are done The only appeal you should have gotten was to your Lord and God asking Him for his forgiveness
@gildee; you either believe in the death penalty or you don't. And what were you trying to say about being 15 and driving drunk at 22? ! $ ? That has what to do with two killers being executed?
seeya wouldnt wanna be ya solong Racy wont miss paying for your keep
