I'm so P.O.'d about this that I had to look further into this. Here's how a criminal is treated in court, unbelievable!!

This is what the judgement was against this piece of sh%^ the last time he appeared in court for domestic violence.

"The Defendant is sentenced to Four (4) years of incarceration on Count 1, and pay a fine of $100.00 on Count 4, which sentence and fine is SUSPENDED upon the condition that the Defendant complete Two (2) years of community control, with the following sanctions being imposed..." blah blah blah.

The judge was Elinore Marsh Stormer...

Now with a record like the one I posted earlier, this person get's community control when he's in front of a judge?!? If I were the folks who got shot by this pile of steaming manure, I'd sue that judge and the city for letting this pig on the streets.

You're right - it should make anyone angry. The guy I caught who broke into my van and stole my guitars had 110 arrests and 42 convictions (43 now). The only time this guy was not stealing, abusing drugs, selling drugs, or doing anything illegal was when he was locked up. The longest jail sentence that he had received was 18 months and was always released earlier.

I just don't get it - I don't understand the process for repeat criminals. If any of us would do something illegal we would be crucified without parole!

I love how everyone comes on worrying about "keeping it real" and how you wouldn't say this or that in front of me. Once people figure out that is not what is important, society would be a lot better. Is it really worth keeping it real when you get locked up? The one on Summit Ct Clerk of Courts website has a Shawn Logan but with last offense 11/24/2008; HE HAS NOT BEEN CHARGED WITH THIS SHOOTING but the other guy arrested has! This Shawn Logan has only been convicted twice for DV and Failure to Control
BUT a Shawn M. Logan did .... PLED GUILTY TO UNLAWFUL SEXUAL CONDUCT W/A MINOR this is a white boy..how did u miss this name, it had to be diffrentiated from Shawn E. Logan in this story.

You are incorrect. Shawn is not known as Cocheese. Cochise is another individual, who actually was arrested yesterday. I know both guys. Word on the street is that shawn is not the shooter but Cochise. I grew up on North Hill and know all involved. I was suprised at the event but I people change from when they were kids. It is sad because they all used to play together.
