Two men, one armed with a handgun and the other with pepper spray, robbed a local bar Monday afternoon.
The men entered CW's Bar, 436 E. South St. at about 2 p.m. and robbed the manager at gunpoint. The second man sprayed several of the customers with pepper spray, police said.
Emergency Medical Services responded, but the customers refused medical attention.
The men got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Police are searching for two black men between the ages of 25 and 35. One man is about 5 feet 11 inches tall. The second man was about 5 feet 9 inches tall. Both men weighed about 190 pounds and might have been wearing gray hooded sweatshirts.

Customers refused medical attention. Guess they didn't want their whereabouts documented during the workday. No wonder those pot-holes on Wolf Wedges aren't getting fixed.
Given what's on display there, it's a wonder some comedian didn't tell the hoodrats, "Now take our dancers. Please!"

I believe hoodrat is either 1) Someone from the "hood" or projects 2) someone that wears a hoody and commits a crime that makes them a rat of society 3) a new breed of rat that was found in the sewers of akron when the EPA was there. Deemed "hoodrat" because they live in discarded hoodies that are in the sewers.
Guess they figured since the police are looking for YBM's in black hoodies they could switch it up to gray and not be noticed.

Lazy people not wanting to work is the problem! I know, I know there are no jobs.......Bull just not jobs that people may want. Worked plenty of crappy $7 an hour jobs in my life all the way through college. May not be able to roll a Benz but you will be able to feed yourself and live. People looking for the easy way out. When you have some time to peruse, put Ohio offenders in your search engine. When you get the site up, put in the letter A for a last name and you will begin a search at the beginning of the database. Take your time and go page by page. You will have wonderful pictures of the offenders and the crimes they have committed. Then you tell me about the blue eyed guys you see on the pages.
Ohio has 166 men on death row. 86 are black and 72 are white. (please spare me your percentage of blacks and whites). My point is, Yes Raider 1, blue eyed people commit crimes.

Awesome. The 98% that don't own the majority of all wealth are divided by imaginary constructs like race. Meanwhile wealth becomes more and more concentrated and crimes against property skyrocket as people become more desperate.
These sorts of crimes are a symptom of a sick society. As long as we fixate on the symptom, the disease will go unchecked.

According to 2006 population data Ohio's population was 82.8% white and 11.8% black. Your comparisons are ludicrous. Crunch the numbers and get back to us when you find some logic other than race-baiting.

I think we should start to be more careful about how we react to these 'robberies'. I think its apparent that this is a new up start business. It has an obviously recogonizable uniform, and a greeting. They are providing you with a pretty service for the money. And as far as trying to associate race, skin color or etc, the longer it goes on, and this new business is growing, a larger problem may come when the ACLU comes to town to provide protection.

I DO RESPECT OTHERS OPINIONS, BUT THAT'S WHAT THEY ARE "OPINIONS". I DO DISAGREE WITH THE CRIMES THAT ARE HAPPENING ON OUR STREETS BUT EVERY SUSPECT ISN'T A BLACK MALE. He said that all black males at one point in their lives have donned a gun and a outer wear and robbed someone. He said they don't work and they rape 14 year olds. WHO IS RACE BAITING? I think the problem you fail to understand is that every race and age group commits crime. The focus is on what what percentage. blue eyed boys..yeah 1 in 50. b/m age 18-25 from akron 1 in 2. people are tired of being victimized!
