Two people charged in Portage County prostitution, drug case
( By The arrests of Lisa B. Carneal, 35, and Richard C. Roberts, 59, were made in the 9000 block of Gilbert Road. Carneal, who authorities say moved from Akron, was charged with soliciting, and possession of heroin. Roberts was charged with promoting prostitution and permitting drug abuse. Portage County Sheriff David W. Doak said Task Force members learned that Carneal was soliciting herself on www.backpage.com in the Ravenna, Newton Falls and Youngstown area and conducted a sting operation.
