She also is accused of driving her car through the garage door at a Sunrise Drive home and trying to fight the person who wasn’t hit by the car. No serious injuries were reported.
A Kline Avenue woman, 21, was charged with felonious assault, accused of striking another person with a blunt object. The victim’s arm was broken in three places and required surgery, police said.
A Johnston Street man, 29, was charged with assaulting an officer, domestic violence, menacing, unlawful restraint, aggravated menacing, criminal damage and obstructing official business.
A Dunbar Drive woman, 38, was charged with felonious assault and domestic violence, accused of stabbing another person in a quarrel over money.

A Girard Street woman, 37, was charged with theft, carrying a concealed weapon and possessing drug paraphernalia. Police said she stole a man’s wallet from a vehicle, but her mother made her return it. When officers arrived, the woman ran. Police reported finding drug paraphernalia and a knife when they arrested her.
A Tulip Street man, 18, and a Wilbur Avenue man, 19, were charged with breaking and entering after police found them in a Columbus Avenue home where the door had been kicked in.
Two Willard Street men between the ages of 60 and 63 were charged with receiving stolen property after police found nearly $2,010 worth of stolen tools in a trash can at a Willard home. Other stolen items were recovered from a doghouse and bedroom. The items were traced to a theft in Kent.

An Akron woman, 30, was arrested Aug. 6 on a child endangerment warrant. She was arrested after getting into an argument with a man over where to eat. Police discovered the warrant and arrested her.
