3 killed in north-central Ohio apartment fire
Firefighers and emergency personnel respond to an early morning fire in Harpster, Ohio, on Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2013. Authorities say three people have died after the fire swept through two upstairs apartments. The fire broke out in what's known as the General Store building across from the township's volunteer fire department.
