CLEVELAND: Kyrie Irving was interested in sending the Cavs home winners tonight. Then he delivered.

One night after coming under fire for admitting he was "disinterested" in Friday's loss, Irving scored 35 points, including 13 in the game’s final 2:52 and the Cavaliers stunned the Oklahoma City Thunder 115-110 on Saturday.

Irving made his last five shots and single-handedly closed out one of the league’s best teams, mixing a variety of drives, bank shots and free throws to pull the upset.

Before Irving returned for the game’s final 5:37, Cavs reserve Mo Speights fueled the comeback. He scored eight consecutive points and 10 of 13 for the Cavs during a three-minute stretch in the fourth quarter, pulling the Cavs ahead 94-86. Speights had 21 points and 10 rebounds and continues to shine off the bench.

Irving came under fire for admitting Friday night he was “disinterested” during the Cavs’ loss at Detroit. He said Friday night and again before Saturday’s game it wouldn’t happen again. After a slow start, Irving caught fire. He has now scored at least 32 points in four of his last six games.

His driving layup with 1:12 left put the Cavs ahead for good. After a Durant miss, Irving nailed a huge 3-pointer with 42 seconds left, then turned toward the Cavs bench, clenched both fists and roared in pleasure.

After a basket by Durant pulled the Thunder within 3 again, Irving finished them off with a bank shot jumper with 17 seconds left, ending the Cavs’ brief two-game losing streak.

Tristan Thompson had 11 points and 12 rebounds and C.J. Miles had 16 points off the bench.
