Shooting death of Akron boy, 4, ruled homicide
Terrance Allen has been charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of his 4-year-old son Jamarcus Allen, who was shot to death Wednesday morning with his dads gun. It appears Jemarcus found his fathers 9mm pistol and fired a shot through his own head. It happened as they drove down South Arlington Street.
