The City of Akron Akron is looking at a 120-day moratorum on city incentives toward future student housing projects in downtown Akron. In the past few years, the City Council has signed off on projects that will create nearly 2,000 new housing units around the university campus including at 22 Exchange which houses more than 400 students.
