President Barack Obama’s campaign announced Thursday that he will spend part of Halloween in Akron as part of a campaign swing through Ohio.
No details were released of what was being termed a “grass-roots event” in Akron.
The president will travel Tuesday night to Ohio, where he will stay overnight. He is scheduled to make appearances Wednesday in Akron and Cincinnati.
The president also plans to travel to Colorado and Wisconsin on the campaign trip.
Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney and running mate Paul Ryan are scheduled to appear Friday night in North Canton.
